In this video we take a look at the FIRMA sneak peak demo for the Oculus rift DK2.

The Firma demo gives you a sneak peek at the flight mechanics of the game with a collection of missions and tasks taking place on the toasty surface of mars.

The game runs well with the DK2 and it's yet another demonstration of how well cockpit space games work with the Rift. You really do feel as if you are inside a vehicle peering out over an alien world.

If you enjoyed lunar flight then I'd certainly recommend trying FIRMA. Though more arcade in its presentations and physics it very much has the same experiential feel to it which can only be a good thing !

The FIRMA demo will be out next week at which point we will post a link to the download and you can then review it for yourself !

We jump into the Oculus rift DK2 to play the Shadows Of Isolation demo by Future Massive.

According to Future massive - "Shadows of Isolation, a Virtual Reality artwork, is a lucid dream like journey through an ever changing worldscape. Exploring urban isolationism and the replacement of nature with technology"

Personally I just think its an awesome VR demo with some nice transitions and really effective use of scale, color and lighting.

As of right now this is probably one of the best demos to introduce people to VR with so well done Future Massive !

Certainly looking forwards to more experances buy these guys.
